update on schedule, nominations, BRAINSTORMING POST

0. (because trawling through a comm looking for a link is annoying), instructions on how to nominate - please read them! - are here; nominations are here.

1. For anyone who might have been looking at the schedule, you might have seen it was changed; I forgot to include a few vital dates (such as, er, signups) and so I've amended it. The time for writing and such are unchanged, you still have the same amount of time, but if you know that you will be really busy around June and July you may want to look at the revised schedule. The schedule shouldn't have to be changed after this.


Nominations: Sunday May 24 - Sunday May 31st, 11:59 PM EDT
Nomination review: Monday June 1st - Thursday June 4th
Signups: Thursday June 4st - Sunday June 14th, 11:59 PM EDT
Assignments are out: Thursday June 18th, approximately (earlier if possible!)
Default deadline: Sunday July 5th, 11:59 PM EDT
Stories are due: Sunday July 12th, 11:59 PM EDT
Stories revealed: Saturday July 18th, 11:59 PM EDT
Authors revealed: Saturday July 25th

Hi! Just so you know, June 1st is a Monday and June 4th is a Thursday (you have them listed as a Friday for Jun 1 and a Monday for Jun 4)

I wasn't sure what to call Anne Shirley's short story published in Youth's Friend, the one written at the Cobb place, so I went with the description generally provided. Hope that works.

Also nommed Averil's Atonement as a short story (as that was its length in the book - pamphlet).

That's totally fine, it's descriptive enough that potential writers/requesters can tell what it is.

Just a note, I rejected your nomination for Averil's Atonement since it's in the tag set already - I modified the tag so it'd reflect short story instead of novel.

Hey, the number of fandoms that you can request and offer:
Requests - between 4-8 (up to 3 works in each fandom)
Offers - between 4-10 (up to 8 works in each fandom)

Matching will be OR.

"A Perfect Vacuum - Stanislaw Lem (1)," which is currently listed as "Uncategorized Fandoms" is the same as "A Perfect Vacuum - Stanisław Lem" which is currently listed under "Books & Literature." If you can't spot the difference, the latter uses the "L with stroke" character, while the former simply uses an L.
